Launcher benefits

Speed

Rapidly offer business value to your end users and adjust your software with learnings from their feedback.

Visibility

Watch your software solution grow and steadily bring more value to your end users.

Validated growth

Release minimal features and assess which functionality gets traction in the market.

How it works

1. Intake

We present our way of working during an introductory session and see how we can work together efficiently. In addition, we make the goal you want to achieve more tangible. Based on this input, we will perform a service blueprint. If we have already made a Service Blueprint beforehand, this step is no longer necessary.

2. Plan & assemble

We put together a team of experienced software development experts with complementary skills. The team only works on your project, so you get their maximum attention and dedication. Together we determine which features the software must include and which ones can be realized within three months. After that, we decide on the timing and get to work!

3. Build

In consecutive phases of two weeks, we build your software application in cooperation and complete transparency with you. As a result, you see the software grow and adjust the direction where necessary.

4. Release

After three months, your software application is up and running. Now, your software is ready for production and automatically deployed to a cloud infrastructure. Finally, you choose whether to open this release to the general public or restrict it to selected test users.

5. Next steps

Want us to take care of your software? Then our Care service might be worth looking into. If you rather want to do it yourself, we can ensure that your IT staff has everything it needs to do this independently. Finally, if you want to let your software grow, take a look at our Amplifier service.

Extras

We have a whole series of extra services: team (adjust the team size and timing to your specific requirements), design (add a graphic designer to the team if look and feel are essential in your project) and hosting (host the software in your own environment).
